Community Rugby Officers (CRO) across the island will help to deliver an Aldi Play Rugby programme and information Pack to local Primary Schools providing support to teachers to help the include these non contact variants of rugby in the PE cycle. Your CRO can be contacted through the provincial branches.
The Aldi Play Rugby programme includes rugby festivals held around the country with a national festival staged at the Aviva Stadium.
The website is an additional resource for teachers to use in developing a rugby programme in your school with suggested ideas for indoor and outdoor games and videos of how these will work.
Once you fill in the registration form your details will be sent to a Community Rugby Officer (CRO) in your area. The CRO will contact you to arrange a time to visit your school and help you to get your Aldi Play Rugby programme up and running.
